keloid scar is one of abnormal wound healing process resulting in an ugly uncontrolled growth, mainly in dark skin people.
treatments are quite vary and would be determine by each patient. some of treatment modalities would depend on surgery, other would include steroid injection, some wound would need radiation od silicon treatment, while others would benefit from immune modulating drugs
diagnosis
the diagnosis done by physical exam by a dermatologist or plastic surgeon and its quit obvious, sometime its necessary to do some tests such as biopsy of the lesion
signs and symptoms:

- infection
