I cleaned my belly button frequently and I think it is infected, i have applied some coconut oil and salt for some days but there is no change. Today i applied lamisil terbinafine hydrochloride antifungal cream 1. There is small open cut on the skin as I pulled out the healing skin before. What should I do? Can this be treated at home or should i visit a doctor?
