I have pimples without head but are very painful...

 treatment of pimples :
Don't scratch the pimple , Wash face with warm water then cold water , Eat vegetables and fruits they contain antioxidants that protect the skin , use Moisturizing Creams and steam bath. , Stay away from foods that contain fatty substances such as fast food and chocolate , Use vit A derivative Isoterntoin , but whith extreme caution due to its bad effect on pregnancy and liver you can also Use microdermabrasion and benzoyl peroxide , and we advice to Use sulfur soap or antiseptic soap , peeling the skin with peeling creams such as fruit acids that help , or by laser and this process is done by directing specific waves of light on the skin to peel layer after layer through evaporation of damaged cells and remove the effects that resulted from pimples , and for pain you can use Ibuprofen 400mg  times daily or once needed
Diagnosis : 
By taking ful medical history and doing clinicla examination and CBC to detect inflammation and take biopsy to detect the cause 
Causes : 

• Bad hygiene
• Genetic factors
• Hair follicle inflammation
