It depends on the medical history, clinical examination of your doctor and investigations like urine analysis, urine culture, renal function tests ( urea, creatinine ), CBC, infection and inflammation marks ESR and CRP and doing abdominal ultrasound and xray .

Symptoms of urinary tract infection :

• Dysuria
• Burning sensation
• Hematuria
• Lower abdominal pain
• Back pain
• Bad urine smell
