Hi doctor.. I woke up today with a heavy chest...

treatment:

 How is the diagnosis made:

•  Diagnosis is made by taking a medical history, what symptoms you suffer from, and a clinical examination for you, and then running some tests such as ECG and heart enzymes to rule out any abnormal heart rhythm or signs of circulatory failure, a chest x-ray to rule out any pneumonia. An echocardiogram of the heart  to rule out valve problems and detect any enlargement of the heart muscle

•  Inflammation or straining of the muscles in the rib cage
