what is the treatment of stomach pain 
stomach pain is mostly due to elevated levels of gastric acid which cause pain and discomfort and should be treated using Ezomprazol 40 mg tab once daily for 2 weeks in addition to Spasmodigestin tab twice daily . consult a gastroentrologist for further follow up 
investigations 
After proper physical exam,  stool analysis should be done to exclude h pylori infection, cbc should be done to exclude infection, urine analysis to exclude UTI 
causes 

• GERD 
• Hiatus hernia 
• Increased acid secreation
