Treatment of vaginal discharge 
The foul smelling vaginal discharge is due to bacterial vaginosis which is a bacteria that cause white discharge and its treated using Clindamycin vaginal gel twice daily in addition to Metronidazol 500 mg tab twice daily for 5 days. consult a gynecologist for further advice
