Treatment of High blood pressure 
blood pressue is a physiologically controlable process that need coordination between deifferent body systems, if blood pressure goes beyond 130/85 for 3 concecutive days the patient is considerd hypertensive patient and the first step should be diet modification by reducing salt content and having exercise and if no improvement medications should be used like Enalapril 10 mg tab once daily. consult cardiologist 
Required tests 
After proper physical exam, cbc should be done to look for anemia, blood pressure serial readings should be done twice daily, kidney function tests Urea, Cr , in addition to echocardiography for the head and ultrasound for abdomen to check for kidneys and renal arteries 
Causes of high blood pressure 

• Primary hypertension 
• renal artery stenosis 
• kidney atrophy
