Treatment of skin rash:
First of all, if your symptoms are getting worse, it's highly recommended to see a doctor for further assessment of your condtion fully and carefully in order to treat the cause. Actaually, there are many causes of skin rash that will be mentioned later and there are different types of medications that can be used in your condition such as LORATIDINE 10 mg one tab a day for 5 days at night and Quadriderm cream twice a day. If there is a suspecion of bacterial infection, Fucidin cream can be prescribed. Furthermore, it's also recommended to take care of your bed-sheets, avoid getting in contact with anyone who has any form of skin diseases, watch your food as if there is any kind of food that might irritate your skin as well as perfumes and clothes.
 

Diagnosis:
Diagnosis can be made after having a good medical examination as well as data gathering about your medical history. Some investigation can be done such as Full blood count to check for any infection or anemia, CRP if there is a suspecion of infection. In some cases, we a sample form the rash itself (biopsy) of from any discharge if there is any can be taken and sent to labs for analysis.

Causes of skin rash:
There are different causes of skin rash which include:

• Skin allergy
• Infections (bacterial or viral)
• Eczema
• Insect bites
• Others

Recommendation:
If your symptoms don't resolve or getting worse, or if you develop any fever, neck stiffness, severe itching doesn't respond to medications, you have to go the nearest medical center to you for further assessment and management.
