Treatment and prevention of HIV

Investigations 
After proper physical exam, CBC should be done to exclude reduction in WBCs count, PCR testing to exclude HIV antigen in addition to viral culture from infected lymph node if present 
Symtomes of HIV 
Fever 
Vomiting 
Fatigue 
Muscle pain 
Lymphadenopathy
