What is the treatment of Urethritis 
Urethritis is a bacterial disorder that affact the urethra and cause burning sensation of the penis and discharge of clear and white secreations and its treated by using Doxacyclin tab twice daily in addition to Phenazopyridine tab twice daily to clear the urethra. Consult urologist for further follow up 
Investigations 
After proper physical exam, CBC  should be done to exclude infection, urine analysis and semen analysis to look for bacterial infection
