What is the treatment of Hyperhidrosis 
Hyperhidrosis is a hyper sympathetic stmulation of the sweat glands of the palms and soles to cause excessive secreation of sweat from sweat glands and perminant weating of the skin. the radical treatment option is being treated using surgical sympathectomy or chemical ablation. consult a thoracic surgeon for management plan. note that after being operted you will have perminant dryness and need to use lotions for treatment of dryness 
Investigations 
After proper physical exam, TSH, T4  should be done to look for signs of hyperthyroidism, chest and Abdomen CT with IV contrast should be done to exclude catecholamins secreating tumors.

Congenital 
Sympathetic hyperstimulation 
Pheochromocytoma
