Treatment of corneal refraction error 
Corneal refraction error is one of the commonest corneal Problems that affect sight and lead to wearing of eye glassess to correct refraction. in case of 0.25 refraction error in one eye this does not mean you should wear eye glassess and you can adapt and have a normal sight unless you need to have your sight  fully corrected for better sight. Consult an optician.
