Treament of Gingivitis 
Gningivitis is a common dental condition that is caused by bacterial infection of the gingival and dental roots that cause many symptomes and should be treated using Augmentin 875 mg tab twice daily in addition to Metronidazol 500 mg tab twice daily for 5 days. mouth wash should be used with analgesia Ibuprofen600 mg tab three times a day. Investigations 
After proper physical exam, CBC should be done to exclude infection in addition to Panorama XRAY to look for dental abscess
