HiI have a patient suffering from invasive (faciocular) extension. She was treated by surgical debridement (ocular enucleation, maxillar sinus surgery) and received partial treatment with Liposomal ampho B for about 30 days. After some time she came back with headache and MRI revealed CNS extension (meniges and R frontal cortix). Liposomal ampho B is not available and I am planning to start her on amphoterecin B. What do you think?KR
