stomach pain is a site of pain that represent multiple anatomical structre inside your body on top of the differntial diagnosis is gastritis due to gastric ulcer which is treated for h pylori if found and nexium 40 mg cap once daily on the other hand stomach pain may result from gallbladder stone and is treated by avoided fat deit and use of paracode tab twice daily and if an infection is foun whithin the gallbladder it will should treated with antibiotic and an assosiated inflammation of pancrease should be excluded . cosult gastroenterologist for further follow up 

after do clinical examination and take the history do cbc to discover anemia and high wbcs and do h pylori ag test in stool to discover h pylori and do liver function tests / AST/ALT / ALK PH / AMYLASE and do US to exclude gallbladder stone and if needed a gastroscope should be done to exclude gastric ulcer
