what is the treatment of orchitis 
Orchitis is one of the commonest infections that are due to bacterial origin that causes several symptomes and it can occure on top of testicular congestion in case of testicular varicocele and its treated using ciprofloxacin 500 mg tab twice daily for 10 days in addition to Diclofen 50mg tab once daily. if varicocele was found it can be treated surgically to prevent recurrent of symptomes, ice packs are adviced twice daily. consult a urologist for follow up 
Investigations 
After proper physical exam , cbc should be done to look for signs of infection, urine analysis to look for urinary bacteria and semen analysis to look for infection with origin from the testis, testicular doppler US should be done to look for varciocele 
Symptomes 
Testicular pain and tenderness
Testicular swelling
redness
