What is the treatment of blood in semen 
The presence of Blood in semen indicate an infectious process in the prostate that cause blood in the semen and should be treated using Levofloxacin 500 mg tab once daily for 2 weeks . if the blood is not assciated with pain, investigations should be done to look for the source that could be prostate or testicular tumors . Consult a urologist for further investigations

After proper physical exam, cbc should be done to look for anemia, semen analysis to look for infection, abdomen US to look for prostatic tumors and for testes to look for any tumor in the testis , pelvic MRI to look for any invading tumors ,
