Dietary guidelines for stimulating fat burning

· Drink water every day at least 12 cups, preferably as much as possible.

· Lukewarm water with cumin marinated or lemon slices on an empty stomach at the rate of two cups purifies the body from toxins and improves digestion.

· Total abstinence from eating fats, oils, butter, obesity, frying pans, and prepared and processed foods.

· Reduce salt consumption as much as possible, as well as pickles and salted spices.

· Drink a cup of green tea before lunch and a cup before dinner.

· Refrain from eating 4 hours before bed until the next morning.

A healthy diet to lose weight and burn fat
Breakfast: a boiled egg or two eggs / half a loaf of brown bread or a piece of brown toast / a cup of coffee or a cup of tea with a teaspoon of sugar and preferably dispensed with sugar / one grain of banana or an apple or an orange/slices of vegetables
Snack: one grain of fruit, for example, a banana, apple, pear, orange, or peach / a cup of low-fat milk
Lunch: medium size fish grilled with a cup of vegetables / and substituted half skinless chicken breast with vegetable stew one cup/salad in any desired quantity with dilution and add salt and vinegar
Snack 2 cups cabbage salad / small guava or any of the previously mentioned fruits
Dinner: half a small brown loaf / 4 turkey slices or chicken mortadella and 2 cheese triangles / a small banana or its equivalent.
