What is the treatment
The occurance of abortion poses a state of post abortion hormonal imbalance that affect the ability of ovaries to ovulate normally for a few periods mostly 2 concecutive periods and that will resolve completely with time. the pain preceived now could be a result of a state called endometreoisis or an ovarian cyst eruption on the ovary and that caused the cyclical pain that should be corrected using one period of contraceptive pills daily and the use of Ibuprofen for pain management if neccessary. the use of contraception will reduce the size of the cyst and resolve the endometreiosis and will improve chance of conception. consult an Ob&Gyne doctor
Investigations
After proper physical exam, cbc should be done to look for anemia, Hormone profile to exclude any hormonal imbalance ( Estrogen,progestron ,FSH,LH,TSH,T4) , in addition to a transvaginal US exam to look for ovarian abnormalities
