I have back pain

Treatment of back pain:
It depends on the cause of such pain, so it may include conservative management as avoiding lifting heavy objects, rest and physiotherapy, and you may need medications as celecoxib 200 mg  once daily and muscle relaxant as relaxon twice daily and diclofene gel twice daily for muscular problems and you may need surgical intervention as treatment of lumbar dic.
Digagnosis of the cause of back pain:
It depends on the clinical examination by orthooedist or neurosurgeon and investigations as L.S.S x-ray , CT or MRI, and you have to rule out urological causes as infection by doing urine analysis and renal function tests...etc
Causes of back pain:
It may be due to:

• Muscle spasm
• Lumbar disc
• Spondylosis ( osteoarthritis )
• Urine tract infection or stones...etc
