What is the treatment
The presence of yellow smellly vaginal dischage indicate gonorrhea infection which is bacterial infection from a group of infections known as STDs that are being transmitted sexually. its being treated using doxycycline 500 mg tab twice daily for 5 days in addition to the use of condom for prevention of transmission to partner . HIV is not presenting as vaginal discharge and should be tested if partner proved to have HIV.
Investigations
After proper physical exam, cbc should be done to look for signs of infection, vaginal swab and culture to look for the bacterial cause

Vaginal discharge
