Assalamu Alaikum Sir, I am Jobaid. I am 27 years old. I had a UTI at first. Later my prostate became inflamed. I did not get better after taking medicine. Till now my lower abdomen is burning, painful and hot, all time feels like urine is stuck, burning during urination and does not clear. Also the penis and testicles feel painful, hot and it seems that urine is stuck in the tip of the penis. Even my lower back hurts and burns. What can i do??

Treatment of urinary pain:
Urinary pain can be a symptom of many different causes, so treatment depends on the cause and may include conservative management by drinking good amount of water daily, and avoiding salts to treat infections and salts, and you may need good antibiotic as levofloxacin 750 mg once daily to treat infection, and you may need surgical intervention as removal of renal stones
Dignosis of the cause of urinary pain:
It depends on the clinical examination of an urologist and investigations as urine analysis and culture to detect infection and its type, and renal function tests ( urea, creatinine ), and PSA for prostate problems, and radiological studies for genitourinary system
Causes of urinary pain:
It may be due to:
- Urinary tract infection
- Renal stones
- Prostatitis
- Prostate enalrgment
What i advise you?
In addition to taking medications, you have to drink good amount of water daily and avoid salts.
