What is the treatment 
the symptomes of vomiting and fever represent a common disease that infect children at this age which is Gastroenteritis which is mostly viral infection that cause irritation of childs' gut, its treated using oral rehydration solution to replace losses with a dose of 5 ml every 10 minutes with a total of 250 ml per day. to stop vomiting the child should have an IM injection of Cortigen B6 pediatrics, and to treat fever you can use Paracetamol syrup 5 ml every 6 hours. Consult Pediatrician for further follow up 
Investigations 
After proper physical exam, CBC should be done to look for infection , LP should be done to look for signs of meningits, in addition to local exam of ear and throat to look for signs of bacterial infection
