What is the treatment of High fever ?
You need to do few tests in the nearest medical center for complete clinical assessment and evaluation . Besides you have to follow the following Bed rest and to d rink enough amount of water every day and eat well balanced and healthy diet that include essential nutrients . You should also take Antipyretic as Paracetamol for the fever with treatment of any underlying condition as Bacterial infection such as Augmentin or Levofloxacin for lung infection .

Other tests  such as ESR and CRP as an inflammatory markers for the severity of infection and Blood culture for the appropraite antibiotics .
