Hi, I have recently done a blood test and my Thyroid T3, T4, and Anti-TPO were in the normal levels except my TSH which was 8.9. My doctor asked me to make another test after 1-2 months to check again without prescribing me any pills.
If I have Subclinical Hypothyroidism, do I have to avoid certain food? and which food would help lower my TSH level within the normal range since it was the only test that scored in the abnormal level

Diet of a hypothyroid patient
The hypothyroidism patient's diet depends on the patient's condition and the symptoms he faces due to hypothyroidism, and therefore varies from person to person. You also need follow-up with the specialist doctor and periodic thyroid examinations.
Diet recommendations for hypothyroidism
Focus on eating foods rich in nutrients such as iron, zinc and omega-3 amino acids.
Avoid manufactured and ready-made materials that negatively affect the functioning of the thyroid gland.
Cook food in coconut oil helps treat and improve thyroid function because it contains essential amino acids for the body.
Use vitamins and antioxidants to improve thyroid function, such as olive oil and vitamins from animal sources such as vitamin A and C.
Add organic fruits and vegetables to your diet, such as organic lettuce and cucumber, and eating them without cooking gives the body a lot of essential nutrients.
