Treatment of chest pain:
Well, first of all we would like to mention that there are many causes for chest pain, so it's recommended to see a doctor for further assessment because treatment depends on the cause. In case of heart ptoblem, there are different medications that can be used such as beta blockers, ACE ihnibitors and others according to your condition. If there is anemia, ferrous sulphate tabs, folic acid or vitamin B-12 tabs will be prescribed.  Furthermore, you should get enogh rest and try to avoid any physical or emotional stress. You should also drink enough amounts of water at least 2 liter per day.

Diagnosis:
Visiting a cardiologist to assess your condition by history taking and physcial examination. Complete blood count shuld be done to assess the level of hemoglobin in your blood. ECG and Echocardiogram should be done to assess the function of the heart muscles. Furthermore, measuring the level of blood sugar as well as the cholestero levels.
