If you want to obtain a loan through a bank in the UAE, you can go to the bank you want to deal with and have the following papers:
1- Proof of identities such as identity card or residence permit with passport.
2- Bank statement.
3- Salary statement with proof of employment.
4- A pledge to continue transferring the salary from the employer to the bank.

Additional papers and guarantees may be requested by the bank.
