What is the difference between the implantaion bleeding and the period ?
Well, it is not easy to tell the difference between implantation bleeding and an early period. But here are some signs that might give you a clue about what's happening. Implantation bleeding is more likely to be a pinky-brown color and super-light spotting, cramping is light and short-lived and the duration will be 1-3 days.  However, menstrual bleeding may start off light pink or brown, but it soon changes into crimson red, the flow gets stronger with time, the cramping is more intense and lasts longer and it's duration will be longer up to 7 days .

What to do now?
Well, it's recommended to do a pregnancy test. If it's negative then there is nothing to be worried about.

Other pregnancy symptoms:

• mood swings
• nausea
• tender breasts
• headaches
• lower back pain
• general fatigue

Well, if the pregnancy test was negative, then the possibility of pregnancy should be ruled out and the bleeding was due to your period.
