What is the treatment of appetite loss in pregnancy 
Pregnancy cause a wide range of physiological changes including a change in the appetitie with occurance of nausea and vomiting which should be treated using Paravomin6 tab once daily and if still complaining you can use Ondansetron 8 mg tab once daily. the normal appetite is expected to get back after the third month of pregnancy, Consult your obs for further follow up 
Investigations 
After proper physical exam, cbc should be done to look for anemia, electrolytes and kidney function testing should be done to look for disturbances in blood levels in addition to regular follow up of sugar control and abd US to assess the growth of the fetus
