Treatment of cholelithiasis:
Cholelithiasis is a medical term describing the presence of stones in the gallbladder. It causes pain in the upper right abdomen, goes to right shoulder, nausea and vomiting. These stones are solid deposits that may cause inflammation in the gallbladder, and treatment for gallstones is surgical removal of the gallbladder is it's  the best option for treatment in such cases. Till the gallbladder is removed, a pain reliever such as Ibuprofen 600mg twice a day can be used to relieve pain.

Diagnostic tests:
Clinical medical examination by the specialist doctor, complete blood test, liver and pancreatic enzymes examination, ultrasound examination to detect stones, and a CT scan, HIDA scan, or MRCP examination can be done in the event that the stones exit the main bile duct.

Symptoms of gallstones:

• Pain in the upper abdomen from the right side
• The pain may extend to the right shoulder
• The pain increases after eating fatty foods
• Nausea and vomiting

Recommendation:
It's recommended to follow up with a general surgeon for further assessment and management.
