what is the treatment 
The STDIS are a spectrum of bacterial infections that are transmitted between partners and cause infections of the urogenital organs epecially urethra and prostate and they are treated using Doxacyclin 500 mg tab twice daily for 10-14 days in addition to the use of Azithromycin 500 mg tab once daily for 10 days. consult a urologist for follow up and try to avoid un-protected intercourse 
Investigations 
After proper physical exam, cbc should be done to look for infection , urine analysis to look for UTI and discharge culture to look for the causatie agent of bacteria
