Hi doc I am a male adult aged 30. My anus is irritating me. When I seat I can sense it's not the same way it used to be. It's not painful however there is just a feeling of discomfort. When I pass out stool it's marble shaped, small and tiny. I had some antibiotics (zithromax) but still nothing has changed. What could be the problem and how do I fix it. Thanks

What is the treament of discomfort during defecation ?
You need to do full clinical assessment in the nearest medical center for complete evaluation Avoid wearing tight clothes and Avoid eating unhealthy food such as fast food and you should eat fibers and vegetables every day . Your doctor will prescribe medication such as Daflon three times per day with laxel three times daily to prevent constipation or Topical medication such as Heamorrhan cream three times per day .
