What is the treatment 
The apperiance of the lymph node in the neck is a common complain and in most cases result from throat bacterial infection that result in lymph node enlargment that could be painful at the begining, it should be managed using Augmentin 875 mg tab  twice daily for 2 weeks and consult an internist for further work up 
Investigations 
After proper physical exam, cbc should be done to look for signs of infection, Neck ultrasound should be done to look for the size and site of the lymph node, in case of perisisted LN biopsy should be done to look for signs of malignancy
