I have pain in my back side,,but why isn't i feel...

Treatment of back pain:
First of all it should be noted that there are alot of causes for lower back pain which will be discussed. So it's advised to see a specialist to evaluate your condition and treat accordingly. If there is a muscle tension, it will be treated with muscle relaxant such as Relaxon cream twice a day. If there is sciatica then pain medications such as Naproxon can be used as well as Pregabalin for nueral pain. Furthermore, we should exclude UTI and stones. Additionally, it's recommended to avoid lifting heavy objects and to sleep on your back.

Diagnosis:
History and physic examination sholud be carried out by an orthopedic. Complete blood count test to exclude the presence of an infection. Urine analysis to exclude UTI. Imaging tests such as CT SCAN for disc herniation

• Stone in the urinary tract
• Muscle tension
• UTI
• Disc prolapse
• Sciatica
• Inappropriate sleeping positions
• Other causes
