How would i know if im pregnant or no?

The clincal signs and symptomes of Pregnancy 
Pregnancy occure once the sperm fertilize the ovum within the fallopian tube which occur after the midcycle and then the zygote got implanted in the endometrium within the next 7 days. the pregnancy got noticed once the period missed and associated with several signs. meanwhile if  you are planning for pregnancy you should take folic acid tab once daily to prevent fetal malformations 
Investigations 
After proper physical exam, cbc should be done to look for anemia, Urine pregnancy test to look for pregnancy 2 weeks after missing period, serum pregnancy test detect pregnancy 5 days after a missed period. Tranvaginal US can detect fetal sac and pulse at 4 weeks age
Symptomes of pregnancy 
Nausea 
Lower abdominal pain 
Vomiting 
Foor craving
