What is the treatment 
The sensation of pain while urinating indicates urinary tract infection which is mostly bacterial infection that cause infection and irritation of urinary tract and should be treated using Cefuroxime 500 mg tab twice daily for 10 days in addition to the use of Diclofen 50 mg tab twice daily. consult urologist for follow up 
Investigations 
After proper physical exam, cbc should be done to look for signs of infection, urine analysis to look for signs of urine infection and urine culture to look for the causative bacteria and the appropriate antibiotic
