What is the treatment
The dryness of both hands and skin discoloration represent a chronic allergic condition that is associated with reduction in sweating and it should be treated using Clobetazol cream twice daily in addition to pepanthin cream three times a day. in some cases Prednsilon 5 mg tab twice daily will be of added benifit. Consult a dermatologist for futher workup
Investigations
After proper physical exam, cbc should be done to look for anemia, Inflammatory markers RF, ESR, ANA should be done , Skin biopsy will be helpful in making the diagnosis

Chronic dermatitis
Amyloidosis,
Diabetic autonomic neuropathy,
alcoholic neuropathy.
