Last summer, I enjoyed my holiday with my lovely family who loves fishing especially my father. This special holiday was in Phillippines, where my father’s best friend lives. I felt so excited when my father’s friend decided to take us on an extraordinary place to live a fantastic adventure there and get to know new information of sea live. He took us to The city of General Santos, where the best and most expensive types of tuna in the world are caught, and it is one of the starting points for the tuna trade lines in the world, as this line begins from the workers who carry the fish from the ships to the largest global tuna markets.  A typical image in this city is the presence of porters carrying sashimi with yellow needles in General Santos City in the fishing facility complex in the Philippine city of Menadio. A large part of the tuna fish reaches the canning factories that export it to all parts of the world, where it is cooked and its bones removed by a conveyor belt of male and female workers, then it is automatically packed and sent to export merchants.  Most of the canned tuna goods are destined for Europe, and it is mentioned that the trademark is placed after canning, and the same factory may be manufactured for more than one importing company and for more than one country, so do not be deceived by what is written on those cans, as most of them are from one source. I had so much fun when I saw all these happening in front of my eyes there and I admit it I love tuna very much.
