I have kind of a piece of skin or meat just over the vagina and under the urethra it's soft and sensitive just like the Clitoris
I was wondering if you can inform me what it is ?

What is the treatment
The apperiance of fleshy mass under the clitoris represent a polypoid lesion which is a result of atrophy of external genitalia and in most cases it represent a benign lesion and can be treated using surgical excision and exam for pathological lesions. consult a gynecologist for further workup
Investigations
After proper physical exam, cbc should be done to look for signs of infection, cervical swab to look for HPV infection, punch biopsy should be done to look for signs of cellular changes and after the surgical excision pathological exam should be conducted.

Skin squamus cell cancer
Condyloma
