Hello doc i had my periods last month on 13 ( january) and i usually have irregular periods . So mod of this month (February) i was noticing some symptoms like tiredness sleepiness shortness of breath and etc so i took a pregnancy home test on 12th of february and it came positive then i took another test on 13th and it came out positive as well so i went to the doctor the same daye for blood test but the blood test came negative and on 17th of feb i got my period but the period is very weired this time . I usually dont bleed the first day of my period but this time i bled the most on my first day and the 2nd day the bleeding was bery minor it was no where near a second day period bleeding. I still feel gery tired and sleepy and shortness of breath . Please tell me what to do . And one more thing before getting periods i experience PMS about a week or two before but this time there was bo sign that the period was coming and there jsnt any smell as well
