You can Use antibiotics, which must be prescribed by your doctor according to the results of culture and sensitivity test, which must be preformed such as Augmentin1gm twice daily for 7 days with Anticough medication such as Tussibal syrup three times per day

• Fever or Chills
• Shortness of breath

Physical examination and history and Chest x-ray with Sputum culture and other tests such as CT if necessary .
