Treatment of hydrocele:
It depends on the degree, so treatment may include just observation as for mild varicocele, or surgical intervention for advanced degress or if there is symptoms as pain or delayed pregnancy.

Diagnosis of the cause of hydrocele:
You have to visit an urologist for clinical examination and investigations as CBC, ESR, CRP for infection, ultrsound to detect varicocele

Symptoms of hydrocele:

• Pain
• Discomfort
• Swelling
• Infertility
