What is the treatment 
Chest pain is one of the common presenting complaints for musculat chest pain that increase with movement and respiration and should be treated using Diclofen 50 mg tab twice daily in addition to Tizanidin 4 mg tab once daily before bed time. if the pain is diffuse and not changing with position, possible cardiac causes should be excluded. Consult a cardiologist for further workup.
Investigations 
After proper physical exam, cbc should be done to look for infection, chest x ray to look for chest infection, ECG to look for cardiac ischemia.
