And before taking any medication, you have to rule out pregnancy

Diagnosis of the cause of vaginal bloody discharge:
You have to visit a gynacologist for clinical examination and investigations as pregnancy test to rule out pregnancy before taking any medication, CBC to detect anemia and infections, abdomen and pelvis US to detect cysts, fibroids...etc, TSH, Free T4 for thyroid diease, and LH, FSH, Prolactin for hormonal problems.

Causes of vaginal bloody discharge:

• Drug side effect
• Pregnancy
• Abortion
• Stress
• Ovarian cysts
• Uterine fibroids
• Nutritional problems
• Hormonal disturbances
