pH(6.50),Vegetable cells(positive),Fat Globules(positive),Starch Granules(position) what is my diagnosis please and suitable medication

What is the treatment
Chronic diarrhea is one of the commonest presentation of inflammatory bowel disease that manifist itself as malabsorbative disease, among which is crohns disease which should be confirmed by colonoscopy and biopsy, at first the treatment begins with antidiarrheal medications like Loperamide 4 mg tab twice daily. then after diagnosis made should be managed with immune modulators suitable for the disease stage, consult gastroentrologist for follow up.
Investigations
After proper physical exam, cbc should be done to look for infection, stool calprotectin level should be done to look for elevation, gastroscope and colonoscope with biopsy of the bowel should be done to look for inflammatory disease.
