What is the treatment
Breast pain is one of the common symptomes of complaining female patients and in most cases its benign cause due to Pra causes which could be uncomorftable or due to breast cysts and hormonal disturbances, it can be treated using Iburprofen 600 mg tab twice daily in addition to Primrose Oil tab tow tab twice daily for 8 weeks, Consult a gynecologist for follow up.
Investigations
After proper physical exam, cbc should be done to look for infection , Breast US to l ook for any breast cyst or mass, Mammography could be done if age above 40>
