What is the treatment 
Hepatitis is one of the common viral infections of the liver in that the viral cells infect the liver cells and cause an auto immune reaction against the liver to cause damage and cancer of liver cells, it should be treated in active states using antiviral and immune modulators to avoid cirrhoisis, consult a hepatologist for follow up.
Investigations 
After proper physical exam ,cbc should be done to look for anemia, in addition liver enzymes AST, ALT, ALP  to look for liver injury, Bilirubin , Albumin to look for dysfunction in the liver, Annual abdominal US to look for cancer in the liver and signs of cirrhosis, Virology profile and PCR to look for activety of the virus
