Left shoulder pained

What is the appropriate treatment?
First of all, it's recommended to visit your family doctor to assess your condition, determine the cause as there are many causes for the symptoms you have and then treating them accordingly.  To reduce the pain, pain relievers such as Ibuprofen 600mg twice a day can be used. Furthermore, Neurovit supplement can also be used.

Diagnosis:
History taking as well as physical examination to be done by doctor. Complete blood test to rule out infection or anemia, and X-RAY of shoulder.
