Thigh burn pain more at night time less during the day at the left leg over a period of 6 months . Pain concentrated at the upper thigh . I am 66 years old male .

What is the treatment of leg and Back Pain ?
You should follow the following tips and advice to treat and relieve back pain :
- Clinical assessment in the nearest medical center
- Avoid prolonged standing
- Avoid sitting in wrond postures
- Apply water compressors for 15 minutes three times per day .
- Apply Diclophene Gel three times per day to releive pain and inflammation of the muscle
- You need to do physical exercises such as swimming or other kind of exercises regularly
- Take analgeisc when necessary as Ibuprofen or Panadol Joint three times per day
- Physiotherapy .
